So last night i went on my first night out back home, i took with me a friend who lives on my hall at uni (Glyn) who is from London he had never been before and described it as the best Rave he'd ever been too. We went to '2:31 Christmas Party' at The Rainbow, in Digbeth:Birmingham. It Started at 10pm and Finished at 6am, we managed to stay for the whole thing and it was one of the best nights I've had in a long time. I wore my new Versace jumper i got off Depop that i mentioned in my previous blog post, the Versace logo on my jumper was on the back though and as i was wearing a rucksack i was conscious no-one would see the logo, so i wore it back to front! You could slightly see the stitching on my neck of where the label was on the inside, but nothing a couple of necklaces on the top couldn't fix. Although the lineup was amazing and so was the venue, as per usual i couldn't help but get distracted by the vast amount of waveyyyyyyyy garms. Oh my goshhhhh, there was designer gear and trainers everywhere. I didn't know where to look, this is always the case when i go to Rainbow. It is a place full of people i would call the same 'breed' as me, the regulars. Am i allowed to say that? Well, it isn't FULL of regulars as you do come across a fair few drunk uni students being sick left right and centre asking 'where are you from', at which point i reply "HERE". But i can't complain, as that's me when I'm In Nottingham.

One item i saw in particular must have been really nice, as i remembered it this afternoon when i woke up. A neon blue sweatshirt with a large reflective Tommy Hilfiger badge covering the entirety of the chest. Im not surprised i liked it as i love Tommy and I'm a sucker for reflectives in the true 90's style. It was gorgeous and looked really soft and of good quality, i would have given it a feel but unfortunately the lad wearing it wasn't quite as nice as the jumper itself. Shame i didn't manage to snap a pic.
